• Audit responses: your answers to the Home Independence Audit questions.
• Contact details: the first name, email address, and ZIP code you enter to receive your results. (ZIP is used only to tailor climate-specific advice.)
• Purchase information: if you buy a report, your payment is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and your billing email, but we never receive or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data: standard information your browser sends (such as device type and general location) and limited analytics about how the Site is used.

2. How we use your information

• To calculate your Independence Score and generate and deliver your personalized report.
• To email you your results and respond to your questions.
• To occasionally send related tips or offers — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

3. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Stripe — to process payments securely.
• Email and hosting providers — to deliver your report and operate the Site.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work and to understand traffic. We may also use advertising and measurement tools from platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — for example, a Meta Pixel — to measure the performance of ads and reach people who may be interested.
